Aside from these, we continue to set standards with our inclusive inventory update 'lifetime inventory' solution. This means our reports reflect the current tenancy alone and when a new tenancy starts the report is updated as part of our check in service. The benefit of this is ALL salient information pertaining to content and condition in included within one report and there is no need to refer to legacy (previous tenancy) documents. This ensures all stakeholders are afforded the best possible protection and helps to save time and avoid stressful (and potentially costly) disputes.
