Within the three pages (select from the drop down) we have detailed the services available including differing options relating to the day(s) of week service is required, how fast you wish 24hr inventories to process your rental property inspection reports etc...

Terms and Conditions 
*Inventory/Check-in - any discount is contingent on both inspections taking place during one visit to the property... 

CANCELLATION POLICY If the booking is cancelled with less than four hours notice on the day of the appointment, a charge of 50% of the full fee will be payable, unless we are already at the property in which case the FULL FEE will be payable. If cancelled the day before the appointment, or where more than fours hours notice is received, no fee will be charged. 

CLARIFICATION: Our pricing assumes the property consists of one receiption*, one kitchen and one bathroom in addition to the bedrooms for properties upto two bedrooms (*excluding studios). For three bedroom properties; we assume two small or one larger reception. In the case of properties with four or more bedrooms, we have made allowance for upto three receptions, a downstairs cloakroom and a second bathroom/en-suite. 

ADDITIONAL ROOMS: If your property has any additional rooms (internal or external), please advise as we may need to make a slight amendment to our pricing to reflect the extra time needed to complete the report accurately...
